R8RISK is seeking a highly motivated sales associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and for driving sales of our products and services. As a sales associate at R8RISK, you will be expected to be self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation Drive sales of our products and services to meet or exceed sales targets Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners Collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven and proactive Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners Attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
