R8RISK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CTO will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for all technology-related activities within the organization. The CTO will have a strong foundation in technology, with a track record of success in a senior leadership role. You will have a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, and will be able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all technology-related activities within the organization, including research and development, technical architecture, and IT operations Develop and implement technology strategies to support the long-term growth and stability of the organization Manage technological risks and opportunities, ensuring the organization is well-positioned to take advantage of new technologies and to mitigate technical risks Lead the development of technology policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices Collaborate with other members of the executive leadership team to develop and execute business strategies Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and other members of the leadership team on technology matters Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Master's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a strong track record of success Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience: Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
