R8RISK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to the organization.

The CFO will have a strong foundation in financial management, with a track record of success in a senior financial leadership role. You will have a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, and will be able to translate complex financial concepts into actionable strategies for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting Develop and implement financial strategies to support the long-term growth and stability of the organization Manage financial risks and opportunities, ensuring the organization is well-positioned to take advantage of new opportunities and to mitigate financial risks Lead the development of financial policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements Collaborate with other members of the executive leadership team to develop and execute business strategies Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and other members of the leadership team on financial matters Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Master's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred 10+ years of experience in a financial leadership role, with a strong track record of success Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable strategies Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience: CPA or other relevant financial certification is preferred Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
